Simple and common recipe..Palak leaves can be altered with any edible leaves like red Cheera or Muringa leaves which are rich in fibre.

NO need of  any recipe..Its so simple like any other thorans..Add 1 or 2 eggs and scrambled it...Stir fry along with vegetables and coconut.
