Grilled Salmon and Asparagus with oilve oil and lemon dressing recipe




Hi lovely readers,

My first recipe for the year 2019 is an International Cuisine which is easily available in all American restaurants here.But you could make it easily at home with simple ingredients and its delicious.Use herbs and flavours as per your taste level and enjoy with slice of lemon.

Ingredients Needed

1.Salmon fillet - 2
2.Asparagus - 10
3.Lemon - 2
4.Herbs (as you wish) i used some parsely dried mix- 1/2 Tsp
5.Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
6.Garlic powder - 1 Tsp
7.Red Chilli flakes - 1/2 Tsp
8.Lemon juice - 2 Tb sp
9.Olive Oil - 2 Tb sp for drizzling pan and marination
10.Salt - to taste


Method 
  1. Heat grill or panini maker to high and  lightly drizzle some olive oil. 
  2. Clean,Cut and trim the thicker stem portion of asparagus and  marinate it with  olive oil salt and pepper. grill asparagus until lightly browned and tender 4 to 6 minutes. Keep aside.
  3. Arrange salmon fillets in a large plate and  season with oilve oil, salt,pepper,lemon juice,red chilli flakes and herbs of your choice. Grill salmon fillets in a grill or panini maker and cook for  5 -10 minutes.As we used panini maker it cooks both sides.If you are using grill,flip over the other side of salmon and cook both sides.
  4. Serve salmon in plates with lemon slices and grilled asparagus.Serve any salad of your choice with lettuce.
Note


  • Cooking time as per your wish for 5-8 minutes on each side for medium cook.For us,I cooked 10 minutes as we like well cooked steak.
  • Use any kind of sauce like mustard sauce or butter dill sauce for serving.
  • Instead you could use oilve oil and lemon mix as dressing too.
