                                    Kothu Porotta

First time i heard about this dish was during a food fest in the year 1998 held at Kottayam....Its not that much difficult.Method is cut the porotta with the big spatula itself..but its lit bit difficult...an easy way cut it into pieces with your hand.
You can make it instantly with leftover beef/chicken curry with frozen or fresh Kerala Porotta.
vegetarians no worries,,mix up with veggie gravies like paneer dishes or any veg kurma..

*Cut porotta into small pieces with your hand.
*Mix it in the chicken/beef gravy mix and combine.
*Add chopped coriander leaves and enjoy.
