Rose milk is a tasty and delicious cool drinks available in Indian streets and college as well as school cafeterias.It brings me the old memories of my hostel cafeteria which serves cool rose milk.Its super easy to make at home with simple ingredients.Offcourse Rose essence should be added for that authentic Gulabi(Rose) flavour.For colour you can add Strawberry syrup,Red food colour,cooked.mashed and strained beetroot juice or any flavoured kids drinks with pink colour.

Cooking Time- Milk boiling and cooling time - 30-40 minutes.

Things Needed
1.Boiled and cooled milk - 4 cups
2.Strawberry powder(Nesquik) - 4 Tbsp(Add more if you need more colour)
3.Rose essence - 1 Tsp
4.Sugar - 5 Tbsp(add more if you need)
5.Blender/Mixxie - 1
Method
1.Boil and cool 4 cups of milk initially.
2.When its cooled down,add to a blender,add strawberry powder,rose essence and sugar.
3.Blend for 10 seconds and refrigerate it for 2 hours.
4.Serve cool and enjoy
