Yields : 40 pieces
Ingredients needed
Chicken breast - 2
All purpose flour (Maida) - 2 Tb sp
Eggs - 2
Bread crumbs - 2 cups
Black pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - To taste
Method
1.Cut chicken into desired shapes.
2.Clean and strain water in a colander.
3.Marinate with salt and black pepper and
keep for 5 minutes.
4.Coat each chicken in flour(maida),then dip
it in egg and finally coat with bread crumbs.
5.Repeat these 3 steps for whole
chicken pieces.
6.Arrange this in a baking tray
lined with parchment paper(butter
paper).
7.Preheat oven to 400 deg F.When it
gets preheated ,bake chicken
for 12 minutes,6 minutes each on both
sides.
8.Flip it over after 6 minutes,when
one side is done.
9.Serve warm with tomato ketchup.
Notes:
Use thin tender chicken flesh for quick and even
baking.
Freeze left overs and use within 3 weeks.
