Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and pit removed
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
- ice, for serving
Instructions
- In the bowl of a blender, combine the mango pieces with ⅓ cup water. Puree until smooth.
- Pour the puree into a large pitcher and combine with the lemon juice and sugar and stir until combined.
- Add 4 cups of water and stir to combine. Serve immediately, or stir again before each serving.
- Serve over ice.
Notes
- I have used lime instead of lemon..any citrus variety is ok for this recipe.
- Add sugar and water accordingly.
