Mango Lemonade recipe

Its getting cooler here in Dallas by mid August itself with some rain effect and i'm still posting summer recipes..Its there in my draft for months..This is a simple juice easily prepared at home

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pit removed
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 4 cups water
  • ice, for serving
Instructions
  1. In the bowl of a blender, combine the mango pieces with ⅓ cup water. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the puree into a large pitcher and combine with the lemon juice and sugar and stir until combined.
  3. Add  4 cups of water and stir to combine. Serve  immediately, or stir again before each serving.
  4. Serve over ice.

Notes

  • I have used lime instead of lemon..any citrus variety is ok for this recipe.
  • Add sugar and water accordingly.
